My front bed needs to be weeded, might need a replacement for the azalea, and I would like to put cardboard boxes down, then black anti-weed tarp, then rocks.

In the back, I need weeding, to remove a plant that is killing me, also need to control the weeds in the patio, then I would like to add a few more knock out roses, then I would like to put cardboard boxes down, then black anti-weed tarp, then rocks.
