Field Manager:

Our field manager Crew Chiefs represent the core of our quality. We are always looking for the right character person to train. We also want to take advantage of the experience and skills you possess.

Blade Runners has departments in maintenance, landscape installation, tree work, irrigation and treatments. We will expose and train you in all phases of landscaping to make sure you are a well-rounded professional. It is this training that will lead to upper management positions.
We treat our employees and clients with quality and courtesy. Our employees are elite, friendly, look good and have a certain toughness.

Skills we are seeking:

  • Do you have experience at a landscape company or physical work equivalent?
  • Are you tough?
  • Are you physically fit?
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions? (10-110 degrees)
  • Are you ready to sweat and breathe hard?
  • Can you follow rules?
  • Are you friendly and can work well with others?
  • Are you willing to do anything that is asked of you?
