American Management of Virginia, Compliments about Emergency Tree Removal

“Would like to give the thumb ups for Blade Runners professional job on a fallen tree at the back of my house , cutting it down with extreme care and causing any forward  damage to our neighbors house which it failed and also the cleanup that they have done, congratulations”

**Blade Runners offers Tree Services to the clients we maintain and have a grounds contract with.  We have a full service tree department with two Arborists on staff.  See the Awesome Crawler, we know not all trees are along the street.  The crawler can get to those hard to reach tree with less damage to your property.

Hi Team.
Just a quick note to let you know what a lovely job the Blade Runners Crew did on the NCL Spring Cleanup work.  There are several areas they went above and beyond what I expected, and we really appreciate that.

I don’t think we got the invoice for April yet, so please have your office manager email me the invoice when ready!

Thanks again, excellent work!

Mike

Andy, thank you for getting your team together to clean our Memorial Garden before Easter. The men did a fine job. I asked them to trim back the firepower nandina to remove the winter burn, and they were most helpful.

Wishing you and your workers a holy, happy Easter.

Eric & Lanelle –

I just wanted to send a quick thank you and give a virtual pat on the back for another great job well done at… Condos in Dale City.  As you may agree, its tough sometimes to hear more complaints than compliments.  So when I have something positive to share, I make it a point to do so!

Once again, unsolicited, I received multiple compliments about the work done by Blade Runners over the past week, in getting and keeping the driving and walking surfaces clear, at Hampton Square Condos in Dale City.  During this same storm, I heard complaints from a number of communities – it was a complicated storm to deal with and once again, Blade Runners has come through for us.

I hope that you enjoy your weekend and that the predicted Sunday snow stays away!

Stay warm and safe,

Kris

While I’m thinking about it, J– B–, Grounds Committee Chair for TOMCA, was singing Blade Runners’ praises at last night’s annual meeting. Per J–, the grounds look much better since the switch to Blade Runners. She noted that the crews do a good job weeding and edging, that she’s noticed a decrease in the number of weeds in the grassy areas, and that the aeration/seeding appear to be working. She also said that Blade Runners is very responsible if they’re made aware of an issue.

Kudos!

Best Regards,

Thank you Shannon. We don’t meet as a group until January, so thats when we’d decide on adding any other expenses to the contract.

I’ll forward this to our other board members so I can sign the contract this week and get it back to you.
The property looks great. Just about all the residents have said something about how much they like the way things look now.
Thanks, EdD

Terry,

…  I just wanted to say thanks for the great job that Blade Runners has been doing around the community. It has been a pleasure working with you.

Shannon:

I wanted to pass along to you an email from Norah who is the head of the landscape committee.  She sent this to the Board about the work your crew did.  I love receiving such positive emails.

“Hello!   I was home today trying to get over the tail end of a cold and had an opportunity to observe the work being done on the property today by Blade Runner.  They arrived at circa 9 am and left at 4 pm. They came with lots of equipment and a truck which they nearly completely filled with debris they removed from our property. They cleaned out the flower beds and mulched.  I observed them using rakes to clean out the flower beds; they also cut back plantings that were growing over the sidewalks. They went all over the property to clean out weeds and remove twigs and leaves.  While I was walking around the community to see what was happening and to meet the four Blade Runner employees, one of the residents stopped me and expressed how much cleaner and neater the property was looking due to their work.”

Thank you so very much for keeping us informed…We have lived in POW community since its’ inception in 1972/73 and you have been the best..!

Hello Shannon,

It was great to see you this afternoon. Thanks so much to you and the crew for the excellent job cleaning up our neighborhood in time for Thanksgiving. I walked around briefly this afternoon, and everything looks great! What a huge improvement from last week. We really appreciate your prompt response.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, the crew, and your family,
