Bottom line up front: Rhygate HOA is confirming that we want to suspend service today and see how it looks tomorrow if things do not melt effectively.

Your crew did an outstanding job and we appreciate all the tireless efforts and need of rest. I know you are focused on the storm in your front – leaning forward to Saturday we are looking at 2-4 inches so stay safe and get plenty of rest.

Do you still plan to look at our property today? In my estimate, we have approximately anywhere from 1-2 inches on our walkways and the roads look better (maybe an inch).

We can hope for a positive outcome and the sun may get us where we need; the wind could create some drifts that would need addressing tomorrow. Thank you again!

Also wanted to note that we were so happy with how everything is looking. We just finished doing a quick walk of the property to identify some erosion problem areas and it was great to see how good the property is looking. The length of the grass, being left to stay a little longer is really helpful. We have some areas that just were not growing grass and they are currently doing very well. It’s much appreciated!
