Fairfax HOA, Comments on 1st Year & Renewal


Thank you Shannon. We don’t meet as a group until January, so thats when we’d decide on adding any other expenses to the contract. 

I’ll forward this to our other board members so I can sign the contract this week and get it back to you. 
The property looks great. Just about all the residents have said something about how much they like the way things look now.

I had a chance to walk around the neighborhood this weekend and thought I would share a few kudos…
KUDOS: the brick walkways look better than they have in years! All the weeds are gone with no evidence of over spray. Congratulations!
This is the first time in at least six years that the walks have looked good at this time of year. And all the turf areas and roadway edging looked great this afternoon.

During the past three years, what we (me especially) most missed was never having to micromanage.  There was just no need to micromanage with BR.  When I have told you how highly I regard Blade-runners, that’s not flattery. It’s simply me reporting based on personal experience.
