Hi – 
To follow-up.  The snow removal for Ridgewood Cluster for this past snow (11 Feb) was fantastic.  They pretreated everything very well and the next day – Great Owl Circle and the road leading up to Reston Parkway were all completely cleared.  I realized this snow fall and the last were different, but I wanted to pass along the positive feedback since my last comments weren’t as positive.  Thank you!

I know I can be persistent when it comes to service to our Fairland Towns community, and I also believe in credit where credit is due.
BladeRunners crews did a nice job on the recent round of road services for us.
I want to recognized two of your employees, Chris and Lawrence, who were behind the plow.  They diligently worked to ensure some of the “tough to get at” areas were cleared as best possible.  They stopped and we had a good chat.  They were quite respectful and professional.  Well done to them, both.

Oakton HOA, Special thanks to the ground crew that cleared all of the walkways


On behalf of our HOA, Oakton Manor Association, I want to thank you for the excellent job the team did for our snow removal. They worked very hard and long hours, under severe weather conditions. Special thanks to the ground crew that cleared all of the walkways and sidewalks as well as the berms in front of the driveways left by the snow plow.

I want to take this time to tell you how much I appreciate the hard work Blade Runners teams provided Stoneleigh before and after this snowstorm.  The day after the storm there were so many people around shoveling the sidewalks it was incredible.  I’ve heard lots of great compliments from residents on what a great snow removal job. They had told me about have friends in other townhome communities who had not been shoveled or plowed yet. So kudos to everyone at Blade Runners.
