Carlos and his team are doing a FANTASTIC job!

It’s been quite something to see them work. Carlos is a STRONG man moving these stumps around, loading this truck. And the guy who climbs the trees, not enough money in this world to get me up a tree like that! These guys are real KEEPERS. I’ll write a Google review or whatever you prefer. I’ve taken a little video and some photos for my own Social and for the community photo album (Ha so to speak).

Hi – 
To follow-up.  The snow removal for Ridgewood Cluster for this past snow (11 Feb) was fantastic.  They pretreated everything very well and the next day – Great Owl Circle and the road leading up to Reston Parkway were all completely cleared.  I realized this snow fall and the last were different, but I wanted to pass along the positive feedback since my last comments weren’t as positive.  Thank you!

Hi Amy,

I was out of town this last week and I just got back in town. So I was FINALLY able to see the backyard and the front yard and what the guys did – IT LOOKS FABULOUS!! Thank you so incredibly much. I can’t wait to see the Azaleas and the bush grow and flourish in the front and I didn’t realize the guys would place mulch in the back – it was a really nice surprise!
In short though, I can’t thank you and the whole crew at Blade Runners enough for the beautiful work they did. Please pass on my compliments and thanks to all the crew members who worked on my yard. I really appreciate all that they did and all that you did to help with this project!

Good afternoon Amy-

It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier today.  Thank you so much for returning my call!
I am reaching out to share that I have observed, consistently, exemplary outdoor landscape upkeep and beautification work by three individuals in the employ of Bladerunner and wanted to share with you their names:  Fernando Campos, Rosemary Flores, and Ernesto Segovia.
On a number of particularly hot days, I had occasion to offer water and Gatorade to these lovely people and wanted you to know how absolutely delightful they were in interacting with me, in addition to their obvious commitment to meticulous and careful attention to detail on the property immediately outside of the residence in which I live.  
Everything always looks so fresh and clean when they have come through, and they are such nice people, as well.
While I am not an owner here in the community, I think it is very pretty and now I know why it makes such a nice appearance!  If I am able to do so, I expect that I will be purchasing a residence in this beautifully-kept community.
Please let Fernando, Rosemary, and Ernesto know that somebody is noticing their commitment to their art and craft–They certainly are a credit to Blade Runners!
