In doing Landscape and Grounds Maintenance for the last 38 years, it sometimes happens that you lose a client from time to time. 

While we hate that, we understand it is part of the industry but NOTHING makes use happier when that client then returns to us after being with another company.

Fairfax Assoc. ACC Chairperson Sends Comments and Holiday Wishes to Blade Runners

At this time of year, it is especially important to express ones appreciation for positive things in our lives. 

Throughout the years that Blade Runners has managed the grounds at Chancery Square, the crew assigned to us has been wonderful.  They are so hard working and meticulous in their work.  I can honestly say, in the autumn when they tidy up our leaves and leave the property, there is not one leaf on the ground!

The crew is also very polite and courteous.  Whether blowing leaves or cutting the grass, when a person or car passes buy, they turn off their machines and flag people forward to ensure they are not bothered by any debris.  So thoughtful of the crew.  I always enjoy waving at them as I pass and receiving a big smiles return.

Please pass on to the crew our appreciation for taking such good care of our beautiful Chancery Square. 

Sending my very best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy 2022 to our crew and everyone at Blade Runners.

Side by Side – Why Ice B’Gone Magic is Better

Here is an RFP for another one of my properties that is looking to change their landscaper.

Would love to have Blade Runners on another one of my properties!   

I am a certified fan of Blade Runners and appreciate the work that you do…  Also a small community, you have really upped the look at the property and I feel confident that you are doing a good job out there.

In my experience, I have never had board meetings where the community forum is filled with residents telling me what a good job a company did on snow removal or recent mowing and edging.  I HAVE gotten those very comments about Blade Runners.

The board is going to review the proposals and hopefully make a decision shortly.  I will be in touch with the results of their decision.  Thanks again for the proposal and have a nice weekend!

I am actually writing to you with a positive comment.  I am between meetings tonight and the first meeting featured a blade runners fan club meeting.  The community has had it struggles financially but decided to contract with Blade Runners and quite honestly, I have never heard a board or community produce this type of accolades for a snow removal company or landscape firm.  You were out at the community today and they were all happy to see you – and all agreed that you have done a great job on the snow – and I had to chime in as well letting them know that I get excellent communication from the company about landscape or snowscape matters. 

Thanks again for doing a great job for my community and helping me to look good.  I wanted to share with you the positive comments because we often live in the land of complaints!

Hi Shannon,
I had a chance to walk around the neighborhood this weekend and thought I would share a few kudos…
KUDOS: the brick walkways look better than they have in years! All the weeds are gone with no evidence of over spray. Congratulations!
This is the first time in at least six years that the walks have looked good at this time of year. And all the turf areas and roadway edging looked great this afternoon.

I have thoroughly appreciated Blade Runner’s service to our community, both in landscaping and snow removal. Your customer service has been impeccable and consistent. As an example, last week I was pruning my next door neighbor’s front yard tree for her. One of your crews arrived to perform a mowing and before I had to ask, one of your men came over to me and asked me to pile the branches in the street so that they could remove them. That is customer service.
