Thank you! We are home now after two weeks of travel!   We know we’ve been a bit nudgey since February about the common grass…
Your work with Blade Runners has worked! We just opened our front door and we’re welcomed home by the best and most beautiful green grass we have had since we’ve lived here!
They have also continued to hand mow since we’ve been away and it makes an incredible difference!

Resident Expresses How Happy she is with Blade Runners back at her Homeowners Assoc!

In doing Landscape and Grounds Maintenance for the last 38 years, it sometimes happens that you lose a client from time to time. 

While we hate that, we understand it is part of the industry but NOTHING makes use happier when that client then returns to us after being with another company.

Hi,

Just letting you know the grounds crew did a fantastic job with the leaf cleanup this year.  Everything looks good, well more leaves now of course, but they did a great job getting leaves out of everything.

Also, do you all do snow removal?  If so, can you send me some information on that?  If not, know any outfits who might be interested in working out an arrangement with the HOA here?

Residential Work Comment from a Client within a Blade Runners Maintained Property.

Shannon,

……The residential wing of B-R just completed my front lawn on Friday.  It looks great!  I had grass replaced with ground cover (Little Blue Star Creeper) and Moonbeam.  Also had 2 shrubs placed.   

I’m fine with weeding, mulching, trimming etc. but do request that no mowing be done.  This ground cover will only grow 1 -3” which is exactly why I selected it.  Very happy with service.  Thanks for the referral.  I think it will generate more business 🙂

Reston Community Give Update on Blade Runners Renewal / Proposal

I wanted to reach out and let you know that Tanners Cluster has not forgotten about this proposal! : ) Our next Board Meeting is on 10/18. So you can expect an answer the week of 10/18. Here is an RFP for another one of my properties that is looking to change their landscaper.

Would love to have Blade Runners on another one of my properties!   

I am a certified fan of Blade Runners and appreciate the work that you do…  Also a small community, you have really upped the look at the property and I feel confident that you are doing a good job out there.

In my experience, I have never had board meetings where the community forum is filled with residents telling me what a good job a company did on snow removal or recent mowing and edging.  I HAVE gotten those very comments about Blade Runners.

The board is going to review the proposals and hopefully make a decision shortly.  I will be in touch with the results of their decision.  Thanks again for the proposal and have a nice weekend!
