Full Maintenance Package: Mowing, Face Lift, Two fall clean-ups (November and December).
Mowing: All specified turf areas will be mowed, on average, every 6-10 days in the spring 7-14 days in summer and fall, to a height of 2.5-3.5 inches. Edging of sidewalks will be done every other visit. Cutting will be done the same time as the common area in your community. All sidewalks will be blown free of grass at the end of each mowing cycle.
Face Lift: Blade Runners will weed, clean up, edge-mulch your beds, trim new growth from shrubs and perform the needed maintenance to your perennials. We use a colorized black mulch. This means a weed, and termite free product that holds its color well into the season. This does not include removal of leaves from the turf. It is a one time visit and does not include ongoing weeding visits.
Fall Clean-up (2): Blade Runners will clean the leaves two times. This to be completed in conjunction with the community clean-ups in November and December.
